"Rubbish enterprise"

Rubbish enterprise. I ordered and paid for 4 tyres with fitting for next day. An hour before my appointment RAC tyres emailed to say there was no stock and to contact them or request a refund. I opted for my money back and it was returned SIX days later. Meanwhile, I have had to pay separately for new tyres and my trailer is still off the road.
I will not even consider using RAC tyres again and advise you to check they have your order available before you part with any cash.

I ordered 4 tyres to be fitted at home. They left a message to say there was a problem with the order, but I spent 40 minutes trying to get through. I took the afternoon off work to be at home, but no idea if they are coming. I tried replying to the email begging them to call me and still nothing. I have paid for 4 tyres and fitting, no tyres, no idea. Terrible customer service. Dont offer a service you can not fufill!

By chance while searching for tyres I came across Ractyres.co.uk and you get a great choice of tyres so simple and once you have chosen the tyre you then choose the fitter in your area again plenty of choice and pick your date and then pay. I arrived on the day of booking and the supplier had the order all ready and fitted in no time. Great service from rac and ETB tyres. Will use again my go to for tyres thankyou

Ordered two tyres via website on Sunday 19th June and fitted next day at Fast-Fit, Lowestoft. Good service by two friendly tyre fitters.

"Home delivery does not include fitting"

Opted for home delivery. Bad mistake. Delivered a tyre and that was it. Had to contact RAC to fit the tyre to the wheel and put it on the car.

Same as many other reviewers. Booked and paid for, received call on the day to say the tyres couldn't be delivered AND the fitters couldn't fit me in. Now left high & dry before a long journey.

Wish I had read the reviews before booking. Paid for new tyre and booked fitter. Happy to take your money but not provide the service. The fitter has no record of the job!
