"They need new management"
They need new management. Don't know where to start. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.

"Dreadful"
Dreadful. They list 'self seal' tyres as run flat when they are not (Conti Eco Contact EC5 Seal); wasted an hour taking car to the fitter who thankfully noted they are not the reinforced sidewall tyre. Then wasted 22 minutesin a queue trying to call RAC but gave up. Sent an email and hope to get refund asap. They are apparently experiencing high call volumes - lots of disgruntled customers?!

"Excellent Service for Online Ordering of Tyres and Fitting"
Ordering my tyres online with RAC Tyres was totally straightforward. The price of the tyres was very competitive.
The tyres were delivered to my local fitter, Ayrshire Alignment, who fitted the tyres at the agreed appointment time. Ayrshire Alignment carried out the work in a very efficient and friendly manner and I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

"Buyer Beware......"
Dealing with this company should carry a health warning...
I ordered two bog standard tyres, turned up at the fitting station only to find that the tyres had not arrived. When I made a call to find out what the problem was, I was told that they had been let down by the supplier, although they make it look like that they are in stock with them.
Obviously, this order had to be cancelled, but two weeks later I am still waiting for a refund.
They are also p..s poor at answering the phone aswell. After two weeks of waiting for a refund, I got on the phone at 08.30 sharp this morning to have a moan, but gave up waiting after being on hold for 45 minutes, but during this wait, I decided to send an email, and guess what, I got a quick reply. They cannot answer the f'kin phone but have got the time to reply to my email?
I have dealt with some crap companies over the years, but this company obviously could not organise a p..s up in a brewery!

"Arrived at the garage to have my tyres…"
Arrived at the garage to have my tyres fitted. Informed after waiting 20 mins the tyre removal machine was broken and I would have to return in two days.
Offered to take my tyres to another branch for fitting and the subsequently found out my tyres had not arrived.
Now very doubtful the first reason was accurate or indeed truthful.
Zero communication from the garage or RAC in advanced and extremely poor customer service.
Two hours out my busy day wasted that was not necessary.

"I Ordered and paid for 4 x 225 55 r17…"
I Ordered and paid for 4 x 225 55 r17 Toyo tyres they were cancelled by RAC within two minutes as out of stock.
It took a week to be reimbursed. I find it disgraceful that you pay for something and fitting that is not available and then wait a week for your money back

"Sold me tyres that they couldn’t supply, slow refund"
I bought and paid in advance for 4 new B F Goodrich tyres, 24 hours before fitting was due, I was called to say they don’t have the stock. So why did they sell them to me?
I was already paying the £100 additional premium, as they had tyres “in stock”
They will take a week to refund the money, but could be longer because it’s a bank holiday weekend.
I won’t trust them again, will go to my local dealer and pay after fitting.

"Sold tyres to me and took my money and…"
Sold tyres to me and took my money and then contacted me to say they are not available. Before taking my payment the company should make sure that they either have or can get the tyres that are taking the money for.
This has cost me money, because whilst the credit card interest doesn't start straight away, the payment protection insurance on the card starts on the day of the transaction was several days ago now and still the refund is not in my account.
Whilst it may only be pennies, it is the principle and why should I lose out on a company that took a payment from me for £933 without first checking if they could supply the tyres.
