best way to describe warranty assist is that they are like a false hope, you feel good having it, but God forbid you ever need to make a claim then its game over.
staff are rude and make same promises and excuses, give you run around for days and eventually same circus act, its been refused.
i knew they were bad but i thought that's the case for all warranty companies, until i went online to forums and spoke to traders and garages, none of them recommended warranty assist, in fact most said avoid like the plague, all complained about same thing, cant get through to them, staff lie and give you the run around, they never pay out.
was recommended three companies kept popping up, wont mention them here, but they have been great. save yourself expensive legal action and court cases, avoid WARRANTY ASSIST.
I WONT BE PUTTING MY WARRANTY DETAILS IN AS IM TAKING LEGAL ACTION FOR NOW

I was assisted by Dane and Ryan who kept me updated throughout the whole process, they both took care of all the admin work and was in contact with the garage consistently getting updates then forwarding them to me, which reduced stress on my end and overall a great experience using warranty assist for the first time.

When bought this warranty customer service re assured me few times that's my warranty is live from day one , 10/10 one , week later went to mechanic to check car and guess what ? Flay wheel and clutch for changing , i did know warranty not cover flay wheel and only some part of the clutch but that's not the point , email from warranty says that's warranty is active after 30 days / 100 miles lol , one more if they thing it was preexisting issue they will still not cover ( hahahah) , but still u can cancel after 14 days lol , anyway great customer service !!!!!

I've had my Jaguar warranty for 6 months and thankfully I chose this provider. Dane Walters was of particular help and Ryan (sorry didn't catch his surname) was excellent as well. I was referred to a local mechanic promptly and the problem was diagnosed and fixed very quickly. I recommend this company to anyone looking for a good warranty.

"Had an engine management light came up…"
Had an engine management light came up on my car, I quickly called the Warranty Assist. The warranty team I spoke to helped to arrange a car for diagnostic at their approved garage. After diagnostic turn out there is a faulty on one of my fuel injector. Luckily for me the fuel injector is covered by the warranty. The claim process is very quick and straightforward, after the warranty received the necessarily document to do the work, next day I already received a call that my claim has been successful. I just want to say thank you to Ryan for helping me with this case.
