"Hi friends plz this warranty assist…"

Hi friends plz this warranty assist company used customer like a tissue paper please avoid this company specially when they ask give 70 pounds for diagnostic and we will refund 70 pounds when garage confirm the issu but they refuse to fix the car and makes many excuses and finally not returning £70 also waste so much time like they ask you to take your car this garage and garage they send me 20 miles away please avoid to lose your time and money I will highly recomed AA or RAC warranty cover .

"Terrible experience + compensation offer if I changed this review."

Depressingly terrible company. I wouldn’t advise getting this cover. I had two faults with clutch parts and an oil leak. I had six months cover for £300, None of it was covered. All it did was slow down the time my car was in garage. The garage owner was shocked that my faults were not covered by my warranty. It seems that the list of parts covered is very small for basic cover, and the labour cover is not accurate, they assume it takes much shorter time than the garages are able to do the work in.

UPDATE: since having my car back from the garage for the second ‘fix’ I have another oil leak. The garage is not taking responsibility so I am done with them and WA. My cover has ended and I’m glad to be out of their garage network.

UPDATE: They contacted me to offer a 'gesture of goodwill' payment to compensate. But, only if I changed this review to at least four stars. No payment has been received and there has been no reply to my emails.

"Worst warranty I've had got gold…"

Worst warranty I've had got gold warranty plan with my car every covered in the package, soon as I had a engine fault, they took 53 days to get back to me with declined warranty because the assessor said it had turbo fault, even though it says turbos are covered in the plan! And I've got receipts from bmw in February saying my turbos were taken off and looked at and they was fine! Sent them the proof and they still declined! They won't pay a penny don't go to these guys for warranty!!!

An absolute disgrace of a company and the worst warranty provider I’ve ever dealt with. This so-called 'gold warranty' is an outright scam, not worth the paper it’s written on. They go to great lengths to dodge responsibility and find every loophole to avoid paying for any repairs. It's clear their business model is built on deceiving customers and refusing claims rather than providing genuine support.

This warranty was given to me when I purchased my car, and I was assured it would cover me for any issues. What a lie! The moment I needed help, they bombarded me with ridiculous excuses and flat-out refused to cover legitimate claims. Their customer service is rude, unprofessional, and completely useless.

Do not trust Warranty Assist under any circumstances. They are a complete scam and should be avoided at all costs. Save yourself the headache, frustration, and wasted money. This is hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had.

"Exceptional Customer Service"

I am so happy with the service that I have received since using warranty assist. I have purchased warranties with them for the last 6 months and everything is straight forward and clear. I’ve only had one customer need to use the warranty in this time and the communication from warranty assist to both me and the customer was first class. Mike has been my contact since day 1 and really is fantastic at his job. Nothing is difficult as he makes everything as easy as possible for me to complete. I use what’s app to communicate and the service is prompt. He’s also offered to spend time on showing me how to book warranties through my online account. I phoned when he was on holiday once and his colleague dealt with me. I didn’t have to explain much as he knew exactly what I was enquiring about and everything about me as a customer. I asked for a few leaflets to give customers and Mike not only arranged this but sent me some super useful marketing materials that I am using such as car toppers and pricing displays. This has made the forecourt look so much more professional. I 100% recommend this company as they will save you Time, Hassle and Money 😊

I am so fortunate to have spoken to Dane and he did assist with my claim with result into possitve outcome and he gave me a goodwill compensation. Thank you so much Dane Walters.

"Bought a VXR from a dealership"

Bought a VXR from a dealership, had some issues with it shortly after I bought it . Contacted the warranty company and they sent me to 3 different garages which couldn’t identify the problem. In the end sent me to main dealership Vauxhall , I had to pay 375 pounds for 3 hours investigation. They said steering rack and suspension needs changing, totalling 1800 pounds . They refused to pay as they said I drove the car to garage and that made the problem worst . I left a comment back then here on trust pilot that i was going to sue , they called the dealership where i bought the car from and told the guy the warranty company will pay him a certain if he gets me to take the review down which I did cause I wanted my car repaired. I am reviewing again now as people needs to know how shady they are . Avoid at all costs
