We paid the £72 diagnostic charge then had to pay almost the same to recharge the ac system. The fix lasted for 5 days. Now we're taking it to another place to get the real problem sorted. So a lot of wasted time and money.

Warranty assist came to my aid when I needed it most! Thank you team, the customer service was pleasing and fillow up call from manager was very good.

The older your car is less is covered that is what they told me after at least 10 calls and 6 emails including 2 to complaints department. Eventually got into the correct garage waited 3 days to be declined. I have one month cover left which covers nothing. Waste of time. Even the garage was shocked and disappointed that they would not pay up.

This company epitomises the word INCOMPETENT!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! RUN!!!
Six weeks of waiting, including having to take the car to 3 different garages for the fault to eventually be found, and this crooked company to not agree to the repair costs for some crap reason! The so called warranty is no more useful than toilet paper!!! This company’s action has left my friend devastated and out of pocket - SCAMMERS!!!

My first claim for replacement glow plug was rejected, but worst of all they made me wait almost 3 days on a decisions.

3 days is a unreasonable amount of time to leave my car at the garage in limbo.

Not worth the paper it’s written on, my car drove immaculately the whole time I had it until one day on a 40 minute journey on the motorway engine blew up. Called warranty wise for cover and they had my car in a random garage for 2 months waiting on an inspector that “had absolutely nothing to do with them and is independent” where my car sustained damage from being at the garage in two months..I was told that it was from the car having an ongoing oil leak even though the oil light hadn’t come on at all .. and for the whole time I had the car (months) it was supposedly leaking oil to which I told them and sent them videos and pictures of the day it blew up and the puddles of oil on the hard shoulder proved it had sufficient oil.. their “inspector” then reported that even though my car ran immaculate for the whole time until that day it blew randomly on the motorway that the reason it had blown was because of a pre existing problem with the car, but he can’t tell me what the pre existing problem is, so I’m struggling to understand how you can say it’s pre-existing without even knowing what the problem was. And then also even though I had excessive amounts of service history and had brand new parts and receipts .. they won’t except because some of the service history was hand written by the garage!!!

Currently appealing this and as they are responding reviews saying they would like to review but can’t find info to other people, my appeal number ID 60506. Judging by others bad experiences I’m not putting much faith in them coming up with anything substantial to honour their agreement.

This warranty was given to me when purchasing the car as it was a gold warranty I thought this would
Be more than sufficient if anything goes wrong on the vehicle. I was WRONG.
I’ve used other warranty companies before and they have paid for the exact same work which is now required on this vehicle without any hesitation.
AVOID at all costs.
Would never trust this company with a vehicle again.
