Such a shame Zebra went out of business, the transition to British Gas has been extremely smooth. They explained clearly that I needed to speak to British Gas about my credit balance. I hope they come back in the future.

So sorry about Zebra Power going under. I have been with them a few years and it was the only energy company that actually looked out for the long term customers to the point that one year they had found me their best price and on the day of renewal came back to me to say they had found a cheaper deal and would I prefer to be changed to that. If I was in credit and asked for my money back I'd have it within the week, unlike one of the big companies that it took 6 weeks to get my money back from.
I wish your staff good luck for the future and a big thank you.

I have been with Zebra for more than two years and was hoping against hope that they would not fall victim of the Energy Crisis as so many other small suppliers have done. Alas, this has proved not to be the case and Zebra has failed after what appears to me to be a valiant struggle. I was so sorry to get the news as I've always been very satisfied with Zebra and they have been really lovely people to deal with. Best wishes for the future to all former staff.

Genuinely sad to hear the team at Zebra are no more. Best for pricing and customer services, over many years of being their customer.
Fingers crossed this continues with the new provider.

Zebra's prices were good compared with most of the others, but the best thing about Zebra was that if you had a query, there was an email address and they replied pronto. Always answered the question - no set standard copy-and-paste responses to your email.

What a sad day for Zebra & All their great C/Service team. Over many years they have been the ONLY Energy Supplier, we have renewed with, now I cannot exactly recall how many years. We had introduced 2 other members of our family, I cannot believe so many more users have not to hear of them to swell their customer base. With there attitude and expertise wouldn't it be fitting they all soon find new jobs, perhaps with other Energy Companies tom bring the C/Service up to the Zebra Standard.

I would just like to say that we are sorry to see Zebrapower leave the energy marketplace. They have given us good service for a number of years, including a thorough answer to a request for backdated information on our bills, which we very much appreciated.

I had a great experience with Zebra, the initial switch was easy and they always maintained competitive rates every year. The staff were always polite and prompt to respond to any emails/calls if needed. Even after they ceased trading, the credit I had on my account was promptly paid back into my bank. It’s unfortunate to lose a decent company like this, but the energy market is once again in a mess…

I'm so very sorry to hear that you've had no alternative other than to cease trading, I can honestly say that your company has been first class, the phone was always answered promptly with politeness by all members of the amazing staff, reading the very few negative reviews I feel that they will be hard pushed to get anyone that comes close to Zebra.
My I wish you my sincere goodbyes, all the best in seeking other employment, you will be sorely missed.
