Such a beautiful product. We ordered tiles for our kitchen, they are wonderful quality and look incredible. Delivery was fast and out of 5 boxes, 1 tile was snapped. Customer service were helpful and friendly. The webchat service was also great!
Only suggestion would be confirmation of dispatch. I have an email confirming my order but had to check my order had been dispatched on the day we selected. Still 5⭐️ service though!

Fantastic customer service! The tiles we ordered were beautiful and arrived promptly. We had an issue with the number of tiles we received, but this was very swiftly rectified. We also decided that we didn't want one type of the small boarder tiles we ordered. We sent them back via a delivery service, and received a prompt refund. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Perfect tiles, exactly what I wanted. None broken or damaged. Delivery information is clear and informative.
Price is a little high for delivery for a couple of boxes! but I really wanted them and they probably ususally get much bigger orders. Would definitately order from this company again.

Brilliant service from the artisan tile company, we bought tiles from another company and they sent us short of tiles we needed, then couldn’t get more tiles for us till another 4 weeks by which time the bath fitter would have gone.
Found the tiles here and having placed order, got confirmation and delivered on agreed date, delivery driver was very good too and brought the tiles inside the house. I wish I had bought all our tiles from here and will do for our other bathroom
