The tiles were delivered promptly and look exactly like the pictures. The quality is excellent. Having such a bold and unusual choice makes the bathroom really special.

We love our tiles, they are exactly what we saw online and look great as a splash back in our olive green utility! The customer service team were great to deal with. My only gripe is not having any confirmation that our delivery would be delivered on the day suggested with no window of an ETA.

The tiles were really poorly packaged and as a result a lot were broken. Two boxes were unusable! And a lot of others were chipped. They had just been put in boxes and had obviously gotten wet at some point so been wrapped in plastic but the tiles inside were still all wet.

Really great service, tiles came very well wrapped and a reasonable price. I would question the delivery cost, it was rather high. As I was only ordering 11 tiles, it cost the same to get them delivered which put me off. If I didn’t need specific tiles I could only find here, I would have shopped around for a better delivery. Over all great service, just the delivery price.
