Tile sample arrived quickly and order arrived on day and time arranged. Driver unloaded as required and was polite and helpful. Haven't used tiles yet but they look fine.

I asked the company to work out the sq meterage for me. We were short by 5 tiles. No brakages or extra cuts they got the maths wrong. I rang and ordered 6 more They charged me £60 for delivering 6 tiles. The driver then refused to drive to our house as he was in a 16 tonne lorry! So I had to drive to the nearest main road to meet him. And this for £12 per tile delivery. Given that they got the maths wrong it is really poor customer services. Just furious. I won’t use again.
The road to our house is a standard country road travelled by milk Lorrie’s which are bigger and other courier companies everyday!!
The measurements were absolutely correct.
The fee charge was £60. You did not do me any “favours”. You charged me through the nose. I have ordered similar weights and quantities from other companies and had a marble slab from Scotland on a water table for less!
I deeply resent your implications that I have been diffficult. The other instance was being charged £12 for delivery of a sample tile! Which you admitted to having changed mistakenly. I think other customers can draw their own conclusions from your response. A company to be avoided.

Great - pencil tiles filled a 3cm gap at the bottom of my newly tiled wall, and look lovely and subtle. A much better alternative to skirting.
