Overall really pleased but the tiles were a day later than date confirmed. At the end of the expected day we got a phone call to say they'd arrive the next day, hence my 4 stars. However email communication was good prior to that, timescales too and they were well packaged. The tiles are such good quality and lovely.

The tiles arrived in good order and cannot fault this company. I was surprised that the tiles were much more matt in texture than I had expected. I had expected a kind of satin finish but they are very matt. I’ll have to seal them.
