"Beautiful Moroccan Tiles"

I ordered beautiful Moroccan Tiles that arrived very well packaged. They are excellent quality and look just like they did on my computer.
I would say that I thought the P&P was very expensive adding quite a lot more to my already expensive tiles.

Tiles are nice but delivery fee is extortionate. To make matters worse, the delivery company they use was extremely unhelpful and the guy had a chip on his shoulder for some reason! Will make me think twice about ordering again.

Good service - was able to add extra to the order with no issue - and really happy with the tiles, they're beautiful and high quality.

Great service. The whole ordering process through to delivery was like clockwork. My only issue was the tiles had been stored in the wet and then shrink wrapped. When I undid the shrink wrap, the boxes just about disintegrated. Tiles were fine though and of great quality. I would definitely use Artisan again.

Very easy to navigate website and very good delivery information sent to keep the customer informed on the status of the delivery. Full marks !

"Extremely inflexible "

We ordered tiles and we had a few boxes left over. We appreciate that over
28 days, refunds do not apply. However, in this instance, we ordered these tiles in advance so as not to miss out on the sales. Fitters could not come in earlier due to timings - the company is very inflexible and has declined to take the remaining boxes back. Considering the fact that we are doing quite a bit of work and we have ordered tiles from various companies and never had this issue before - they have always taken unopened boxes back.

Very disappointing; the product is great but the service isn’t. The advertising is great in offering rebates, via email, urging you to purchase. However, they are not ready to compromise when required.

All in all, I would not recommend it.
