Stunning tiles which are of excellent quality. we really like that they are beautiful but are also anti slip - always useful in a rural area and with dogs. Delivered promptly. They were for my tiny hall in front of the stairs but certainly make a statement.

Fantastic service. Ordered online for collection and tiles were ready to collect the next day. The collection process was easy. We had ordered before but needed one more box to complete the project. The tiles are fabulous and very reasonably priced. Fantastic business to deal with.

Fabulous helpful company in every way. I called the head office to talk about the tiles that I was interested in. They then advised me to go to their local showroom to look at them and as I would want to take them with me due to time constraints. He even had a batch sent to the showroom for my arrival a few hours later. I could not ask for a more helpful, knowledgable, think outside the box representative. On arrival, there was the pallet of my tiles as promised, several helpful advisors and a cup of tea. They showed me the samples and on purchasing them, they even loaded them into my vehicle. I am really pleased with the quality and uniqueness of my tiles. Definitely not run of the mill.

"Great tiles, beyond dreadful service"

Well the tiles are great and just what I wanted but the service was dreadful. They didn’t have enough of the tile I wanted in stock but couldn’t give me an exact date as to when they would be restocked, not even down to the month let alone the week. Communication was dreadful. They wouldn’t let me pre-order or pay a deposit or even pay up in full, never called back when they said they would, and appear to be affiliated with another tile company with a similar website selling the same stock but wouldn’t admit this even when calling one company we got the other! I waited 3 months in the end and even then the tiles were 2 weeks late, which left me wondering if I’d been scammed. The tiles arrived in the end and I’m happy with them but with hindsight I wouldn’t use the same company again.

The company kept me informed on delivery, the driver was really helpful and the tiles are stunning! I haven’t used them yet but have checked for any faults and they look fine. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Artisan Tile Company again as a very positive experience overall
