"Poor service "

I spent hours over several days to find the tiles I wanted. Eventually I found what I wanted with the artisan company. I also felt really good to be able to purchase locally to myself. I had difficulties making the order and further to making an email enquiry was informed they did not have enough stock but more stock was due on the coming weeks. On the third tome of making a telephone call I got a response and enquired for confirmation about when they would receive more stock. I was advised to send an email to request a date when they would receive more stock so I did but received no response. I modified my design to order less tile and emailed again requesting them to let me know when they would receive more of the tile I wanted so that I could order more but again I did not receive a response. I suppose I should be grateful I received the lesser amount ordered when I did but was very disappointed after following advice given by them I received very poor service. I am happy to forward the emails sent on 3 and 5 Oct that were not responded too nor did they return messages regarding difficulties to deliver at the time.

I was a bit nervous buying from this company as had never heard of it before and wasn't alot of reviews about them so was unsure if I would get scammed. There instagram doesn't have alot of posts either. However, having searched and searched for tiles this website was the only one that had tiles I liked. I'm glad that I did make the order! The tiles are beautiful and perfect for my cloakroom bathroom. They were delivered when they said they would be and the delivery driver was helpful and friendly. Would defo order from here again!

"Responsive to emails but service could be better"

Were unable to assist on additional tiles and unable to confirm if the colours matched... but not possible to visit them so this felt quite poor service. Not even an offer of some sample tiles to match at home... Not ideal.
Paid for priority delivery and delivery was late. It arrived eventually but much later than expected.
Company unable to track delivery.
Had to replace damaged tiles. Not clear on how/ if this would be done.
Very responsive at emails but not the best experience with a company.

I found the tiles that I wanted at an amazing price from this company , had to rearrange delivery and customer service was excellent. Tiles arrived today with a phone call 1hr before drop off . Delivery driver helpful . All in all I’m very happy with my experience buying from this company and would happily recommend.
