I didn’t order enough and when I went to order more they were out of stock so phoned if they will be getting more in stock he told me to email saying I only wanted 10 cause sometimes they have a few odds one in warehouse anyway they had 12 left and they sent them out straight away so really chuffed and I love them Thankyou for great service

Super range of unusual tiles, I was looking for something unique and certainly found it. Great communication and delivery. The Bastille green tiles are stunning!

Beautiful tiles. Ordered online so a bit apprehensive as to whether they would live up to expectations. Needn't have worried, as they looked even better in reality. Amazing and so classy.
They were well packaged and arrived quickly.
Would recommend this company.

Quick delivery and beautiful tiles. I wish they had a pick up point closer than 1 hour drive away, nearest is Doncaster, York or Leeds would be great. Quite an expensive delivery charge if you want them delivering to house. Nonetheless, Planet tile owner in Doncaster was very helpful and brought out tiles straight to my car. I would use again.

Gave me a delivery date, booked time off work to wait in for them and they never arrived. I had to call them for them to confirm they wouldn’t be arriving.

This is the same company as Your Tiles, who I also had an appalling experience with. Two orders with separate £35 delivery charges, same company. I called both of their respective numbers and the same girl answered the phone.
This delivery also didn’t arrive on the stated date. I was told by a manager of Your Tiles that they weren’t the same company but somehow refunded me the delivery charge for Artisan Tiles as well. Very dodgy.

Tiles themselves are fine but I wish I’d never gone anywhere near these two companies. Atrocious.
