When my husband was hospitalized due to the flu, we needed to cancel our vacation rental, just 10 days away. The Arch Red Sky Insurance representatives I spoke with helped greatly by reminding me of the steps to take with the rental company, as well as what documents to forward to Arch for the processing of our claim. Email notices were sent as each document was received, as well as reminders about what was still needed. This communication was really helpful. We appreciate the competence and the kindness of the Arch representatives and will use Arch Red Sky for future travel insurance.

It was easy to put in the claim and they worked with my physician to get the information they needed to process my claim.
As soon as it was approved and I gave them the bank transfer information the payment was made within 1 day.
