"Great new windows and doors"

We had our downstairs windows and doors fitted last month (February 2019) and we then were contacted by Penicuik to discuss getting upstairs done. We decided to go ahead and we got those done this week. We were very impressed with our fitters Gary and Michael, who explained what they were going to do and also discussed the options we had for in our bathroom. Once complete Gary took me round and checked I knew how the windows worked. I signed the paperwork and was extremely pleased with the service we received. Michael also adjusted our front door as we had told Penicuil that it wasn't shutting quite right. Thank you for doing a great job.

Our installers were Sean Low and Mark Cowie and they did a very good job installing the windows.

All areas were left clean and tidy..

Excellent experience from start to finish.

Started with a door to door salesman which I tend not to be comfortable with but gave a very good price for all windows and a back door so decided to give them a shot at just the door initially.

Great communication throughout and no hidden or additional costs.

Top quality job done quickly. Installers turned up on time and did a great job.

All of the above is becoming rare nowadays.

I will be following up in the coming months to arrange more work.

Happy with the workmen that came out and fitted windows very polite and kept work area very clean only problem 2 windows have cracked glass have been assured will be repaired ASAP & also some plaster work to be carried out but overall happy with service

Recently had new windows and front door replaced. Generally happy with the work done and the politeness of the salesmen and fitters. Some issues re plastering which has now been completed. Main issue at present is the fact that they fitted the wrong front door, however I have been assured that this will be rectified.

"Second purchase"

Purchased back door in Jan very happy so decided to replace front door now also. Happy again with result. Although wrong colour door knocker so that still has to be fitted and threshold to be replaced as was just plain bit of wood.

"Daylight robbery or abuse of the elderly?"

My elderly mother in law was recently quoted an exorbitant sum for fascia board replacement.

Approx 7-8 times the cost of what it should have been, according to an independent pricing guide.

Mercifully she had the gumption not to sign on the line but could easily have been tricked into doing so.

Cannot believe the nerve of the salesperson to attempt to take advantage of a vulnerable elderly widow like this.

Shameful.
