Bought some tech accessories, nothing fancy. Had minor issues but everything works. For what it’s worth, bidding was pretty fun, probably gonna do it again soon.

They put up broken unusable items mislead you with fake pictures after winning a bid that a paid on time they proceeded with taking the money and claiming non payment after many unanswered mails and proof of payment that was made on time they kept my money and refused to give a refund and blocked me they don’t even reply ignoring requests for refund terrible customer service tricking their customers and sending useless unusable items that are obviously broken one box contained 4 electric mixers all were opened with obvious cracked parts but they still put the items up with misleading photos I know I’ve bid for some items that are used but these were new but all with damaged handles that won’t operate knowingly misleading people I have lost my money and I have been ignored for 5 weeks sadly I won’t get my money back but it gives me pleasure to warn people about this shady company

I will start by saying what a fantastic find! The bidding is so addictive getting great items at bargain prices and the quality is outstanding for the price.

When I collected my items today it was quick and easy the young lads were very efficient and hard working also a shout out to the reception/admin ladies who went out of there way to help me.

I will definitely be bidding again.. can’t wait for there Sunday auction. What a treat!

"Stay away from these ones"

Stay away from these ones. Manipulating all their auctions, got staff bidding for Lots, raising the prices, and the last one they do is extending the time of the lots, I was shocked seeing this so basically they do anything they like to be in advantage.
I will also add their staff seem helpful however management is zero. If you have any issues with your purchase/delivery don’t expect any support as you won’t get it.

Honestly speaking, got a haridryer way cheaper than retail. packaging was rough around edges, but device itself was spotless. Delivery was quicker than wxpected.

Recently got a bunch of tech items at a fraction of the price. Tablet had minor scratches but fully functional. Delivery was a tad slow but manageable. Staff was polite, viewing process startightforward. viewing process straightforward. IMO, totally worth the effort given savings. Definitely my new favorite hobby!

Bought overstock lot of electronics, minor wear on some items. Staff helpful during pickup, delivery prompt. In my honest view, small imperfections are nothing compared to the massive discounts.

Never thought I'd be an auction person, but snagged a vacuum super cheap. Packaging was slightly ripped but vacuum was spotless. Definitely surprised by how smooth and fun the process was. Staff made collection easy, will do this again soon for sure.
