Water softener worked fine at first, three months in and no water pressure out from unit. I think its a problem in the head unit and can't get though to Apec by phone, left to messages and it been a month with nothing. Buyer beware. Terrible customer service.

I have called APEC water. The number on the website is not for them. I connected to a completely different company. I have a ROTL 600 system. Two of them. I need the CF carbon filter (stage 1). it is not available on the website or on any other site. No response to emails. I have sent multiple emails.

It would be nice if you had a local warehouse or just sold Apec Water Systems including parts at Home Depot or somewhere locally. Shipping costs across the country could be avoided.

We have a counter top reverse osmosis water system that we take camping. It works great but takes up all my counter space. I wish there was a system made specifically for campers that fit under the sink.

Myself and my rather intelligent son couldn’t change these five cartridges out without making a mess of things. The instructions are terrible. The design of this whole damn unit seems like it was done by a drunk third grader. Hoses is everywhere with lousy connections. i’ll have to pay a plumber $300 to come and clean up our mess. I’m sure it will all make sense to him. But what a poorly designed product with even worse directions.
