Representative from RSK management, George Blanchard resolved our issue with water temperature in our shower heads within 24 hours after placing the call. We received call from George, inquired about our issue and checked our availability so he can dispatch technician. Within a few hours, George emailed us date and time to expect engineer. He also followed up to see if our issue was resolved. As with all RSK employees, he was patient, professional and courteous.

I have known Daisy for some time and get on very well with her. She is positive and accommodating. Since she became Head of Property Management, she has been running a good team - they are always helpful and friendly. On the lettings side, I get on well with Priyesh and I am grateful to him for the interest he takes and for his help. I totally rely on their assistance and have complete confidence in them.

I have used RSK for both lettings and property management now for over 25 years. Both sets of teams are professional, approachable and helpful. They are open to different ways of approaching things. Daisy and I have have a great working relationship and she is always available. I have worked with Micaela and Altin on the lettings side and both are excellent in finding me suitable tenants. When things go wrong, the whole team pulls together to rectify issues as well as support me with difficult tenants in a fair and open manner.
