"Wouldn’t use them again "

My beloved rabbit unexpectedly passed away on a Saturday afternoon. Having read a lot of reviews on here & their website I thought I’d use them as I couldn’t bare the thought of burying him in the garden. He deserved the best so hence why I had him cremated. We phoned them up early Saturday evening & it was arranged we’d be the 1st pick up on Sunday morning. I received a tracking for the driver on what time he was coming. He arrived just after 8:30am. The driver was kind & gave me what few moments I had left my rabbit before letting him go.

Afterwards I received no tracking details of the process that they promised. They promise you’d be notified of each stage. I had absolutely nothing. I phoned them up at the end of the week to which they said they would give me a link in a text message to show the stages. By the end of the day having phoned them in the morning I still had nothing so I emailed their support email. It took just over 24hours to get a reply back. They informed me that he had been cremated on the Monday 7th & that I would get he’s ashes back by the 15th. I received he’s ashes back on the 16th in the morning via DHL to which I had no tracking information on. Thankfully I was home on my day off. The cardboard box the ashes came in was battered. I got quite upset as I thought the extra money I had paid for a nice box to be in was the cardboard box the ashes came in. Later that day I received a call from them to say that had been notified that I had received the ashes & asked how I was. I explained that I wasn’t happy with the whole service. They admitted that they had technical issues as to why I never received any tracking information… I do find it hard to believe. The man on the phone said I would then receive the box for the ashes to go in on the 22nd & that I would receive a tracking for that. Again no tracking information. The wooden box turned up the next day on the 17th. The box is a decent quality with my rabbits name on the lid. I don’t understand why the ashes & the wooden box came separately. Surely it would have been better if the ashes had come inside the wooden box?

At the end of the day I am happy I got him home after all that. It was hard loosing him & stressful worrying I wasn’t going to get him back.

I lost my Chephren a while ago and I always planned to get him cremated but I could never spare that amount of money (I thought I was looking at £400-£500) I’m so glad I was wrong!
I called Pet Cremation UK Friday afternoon and he was collected the very next morning by a lovely man, it was hard to say the final goodbye but it was a happy goodbye and I feel like I’ve done right by him and honoured his memory.
Thank you Pet Cremation UK, my mind is at ease and my best friend is at rest :)

I was very happy with the service, they were very respectful and understanding, I wasn't rushed into contacting them when my beautiful Charlie passed away. Once I felt I could discuss his cremation, they sorted everything out for me and kept me informed of his whereabouts at all times right up until his ashes were delivered to me. Thank you.

Amazing from the first person I spoke to (Wayne I think) to the driver who handle my cat Grey with the upmost care and understanding

Andy, our driver treated our very loved dog with the upmost respect, compassion and sympathy. We couldn’t have asked for a better service, not once were we ever made to feel rushed with the process. Thank you Andy at this difficult time, absolutely lovely man! I would highly recommend this service to anyone who has lost a pet. These services were used during Easter bank holiday as well!

"Very upset with this service!"

Very upset with this service! Not only did they turn up with a black storage box to collect our dog they were also an hour late (very inconsiderate). A lack of empathy throughout the whole time talking to the team. No care about the wording on what stage our dog was at. This whole process has been very stressful and would not recommend it. Also, it has been over a week now when I was told it would be a couple of days/ 5 days max. Also, delivery has all been messed up, so now we don't know where our dog is. I would be grateful if a member of the team could reach out to me.

Losing a pet is so hard, but this company made us feel we were doing the right thing, no vets, just a dignified laying our dog to rest. Thank you so much for the care and consideration you gave us. His ashes arrived today we are going to scatter them in his favourite place.
