We purchased two Kaiser Ovens and so far in the first month we have been very pleased. They are well made and very simple to use. They cook evenly and the rotisserie is a great feature.
The experience of dealing with Kaiser sales was also good. The Zoom call to discuss the products was excellent and the delivery service was very efficient.

I loveI absolutely adore my air fryer oven, but unfortunately, one of its internal screws has come out. I sent an emails, and I had a direct call this afternoon. The person on the other end assured me that replacements would be sent to me as soon as possible.

Bought this hob 3 months ago, it has been working efficiently throughout, the 5 hob allows it to be extremely useful and the gold accents complements the kitchen. Would recommend.

Despite asking for photos to ensure there was no damage to an item that we wanted to return - which were supplied and the item was in original packaging. They refused to take the item back due to "past 30 days" even though this included the holiday period. Don't waste your time or money with them -use an outlet with a proper return policy - like AO
