Very good. We ordered a Scout tricycle and it was delivered in very good packaging in about 4 days. Anyone can do the assembly. Very good quality for little money. We would recommend this company and tricycle to everybody!

I bought a tricycle from their web site and hearing nothing for 4 days, I sent an email asking when I should expect delivery, they cancelled my order later that day without offering any alternatives. I asked for an explanation and alternatives but never had any response or apology. In the meantime I missed out on some other bikes I was interested in.
I guess I should be thankful they did eventually refund my order, hence I feel 2 is generous, but a very disappointing waste of time all round.
