I love your guys' systems but recently I installed a 3 zone system and they wanted to add an additional head so I ordered a $9,000 BTU head and line set and y'all brought it in on a semi was not necessary to bring it on the semi and it made I had to wait around all day for the truck driver to call me so I can meet him and arrange a pickup very disappointed in your shipping methods
