"How do "lose" a pod"

How do "lose" a pod? This company moved my daughter to another state and had 2 pods in their move. One was delivered, one is "missing" and they cant find it. How does that happen? Run far away, do not use this company!!!!
Update 7/27 - One company rep told us the missing pod is in Little Rock. Another company rep the same day told us they think it's in New Orleans!!! Are you kidding me!!? What a joke!!!

Product received is different from image shown on website. I have ordered Strapping Tool Kit, image shown on website looks premium quality product with good finishing and received product is totally different and of low quality. Even after taking one month followup with customer care they said that product is as per order. Lost trust in this company.

"I had tee trailers move me from Arizona…"

I had tee trailers move me from Arizona to Oklahoma. Trailers have horrible suspension and your items will bounce up and down if this is not a problem for you then hire them. Anything with weight will take a beating. My tool cabinets had very lite items on shelf’s but the bouncing ruined the 800.00 cabinets.

"Military PCS: Reconsider this company"

Military PCS: Utterly appalled. I knew we’d be taking a chance by using this company but they managed to stoop well below whatever low standards I had. After dropping off the shipment container (a week early) they called a few days later asking why we didn’t have it packed yet and also threatened to charge us more. The loading RAMP is a complete liability and a disaster. The shipment barriers are rotted out and dented. When we received our shipment in California, (from Michigan), they dropped it off on a curved curb so we couldn’t even place the ramp down. The barriers were bent in half and we were unable to open them, so we had to leave it there overnight. Our things (packed VERY well) were in shambles, as if the driver had been wreckless. Our entire household was damaged, I’ve never been so upset.

5 stars for the Upack, rtheir service was fantastic right from the quote to the delivery.

The best part was the customer service, they were very professional unlike other packers guys. The quote I got from Salt Lake City to Plano was just 1400$. While comparing the price with other parties they are like one fourth of it. The relocube was large enough to fit all my items worth of 2BR

I will definitely hire them again if needed. 😊

"Initial misdelivery with no communication, overall good experience"

Delivery driver showed up, couldn't find a place to park, and left without contacting us. Dispatch said (1) they were supposed to call 1 hour before arrival, (2) the first dispatcher was supposed to view the site on Google Maps to assess ahead of time, and (3) the first dispatcher was supposed to follow up after misdelivery and call us, but he went home early.

Dispatch was really helpful and patient sorting this out afterwards, and we were able to identify an alternate location.

After we found a nearby alternate delivery location, pickup and communication for empty cubes went smoothly. They called to coordinate dropoff at destination, met our guaranteed delivery date, and the delivery driver was helpful.

We ended up using only 1 of 2 cubes, and there was no charge for the second cube.

Happy with service, would use U-Pack again.

Wowww, I had an amazing move thanks to upack services, we moved from Montreal/Canada to Orlando/Florida... I went super smooth and zero problems, they were always there to answer any questions and god knows I had a lot... they left the trailer in canada for 4 days, giving us plenty of time to load and they deliver it in orlando way before schedule which was great...we ended up needing less space that I thought and the reduced our quote price by 250$ so my total coat was 2056$ US all included... way cheaper than any other moving companies out there... I highly recommend 👌
