"Don't do business with this company"
At first everything seemed to be great, the customer service was very polite and helpful. That changes after we closed the deal.First, they don't ship your things in 5-7 days as promised. We've been waiting for at least 12 days by now, and there is no expectation of a shipment yet, so don't make plans expecting a 5-7 shipping. When asking to customer service where our things are they are very rude and condescending, completely different as they were before.
Now we're just wondering if our things are in good shape or not. Don't trust this company.

"I had 2 6x7 ($2950) units delivered…"
I had 2 6x7 ($2950) units delivered from Indiana to Tennessee. It’s been 10 days since they picked them up and now they say next week to be delivered. She said if you wanted a garrantee -you should pay for one. The customer service changes really changed. Can’t wait to see the shape of things next week. Please check around before reserving yours.

"U-Pack will get your stuff damaged"
The trailers u-pack uses all have bent braces between the legs and that’s not safe especially if you leave it on a sloping driveway, under load the legs can easily collapse. We asked for another trailer and it had the same problem as the first one. The upack driver mentioned that “they are all like that”. The second trailer had a water leak with a puddle of water in the corner above the saddle. Very poorly maintained trailers.
A lot of items were damaged as a result of careless driving. Everything was strapped every four feet top and bottom! Heavy stuff was crated and strapped. Unfortunately it didn’t help to move our belongings safely. Apparently the impact was from the back, probably hitting the trailer against a loading deck. The hit was so strong that sewing machine broke the metal pins and the crate and was wobbling inside the rest of the journey. The sauna wooden panels folded in diagonal exposing the nails. The trailer has strap mounts every two feet, so if you have something three feet wide the upack drivers will make it move within four feet strap distance.
Damage claim department is useless, they put the blame on the customer, even though we packed and strapped very very well.
We’re sad and disappointed to receive my belongings damaged.
Would NOT recommend the u-pack services.

one of the worst customer service handled companies. No answers to calls. No late delivery.

I was not properly advised as to all of the fees involved.
Upon arrival in Florida from NY I was given the wrong day of delivery. I had 3 men waiting to unload the POD, I had to pay my men and reschedule. I was given another day of delivery and told it would be in the afternoon, the PODS arrived at 9AM. The shipment cost me extra money and UPak was not willing to make any concessions.

"Ruined Our mattress, WET, MILDEW smell and crashed up cube"
ruined our mattress - it was definitely wet or something in the unit - and it looks like it fell off the truck or into the highway with hole patches on the cube on the outside, the vent was ripped off and it smelled of mold and mildew. mattress had a huge wet yellow ring and was still wet when we took it out! WASTE OF MONEY, Used PODs before and they may be more expensive but my items arrived in good fashion.

"Lied to us"
Upack May have made it easy to set up, get our truck, but they lied to us and I would not recommend them to anyone.
Upon our destination, we called to move to storage mode as we’re waiting on Army housing and we were stuck in a hotel. We were told there was no available space on their lot and our trailer needed to be delivered to us ASAP. We scrambled to find a storage unit where the trailer could be parked over night and had to unload the entire thing (we’ll now have to rent a uhaul and reload when we get a home. ABF (who upack uses for their trucks) told us upon delivery that it was a LIE. There was more than enough room on their lots. It’s all about turnover and he would assume upack wanted their truck back to make more money on moves.

"My experience started with my pod being…"
My experience started with my pod being delivered and almost picked up without it being loaded, even though I did not request pickup. Since then my pod has been sitting at the same center for 36 hours. I’ve spoken to multiple reps who assured me it would be shipped last night but there it sits this morning. Very frustrating

"Absolutely horrible organization."
Absolutely horrible organization.
Movers at pickup arrived 8 hours (yes, 8 full hours) late. They then apologized and offered $100 in credit (I had to pay the mover 5x that for just sitting around at my house).
At the destination, they claimed goods had already arrived but they were still in transit. Regardless they started my "free storage" period and charged me an additional USD$300 for two extra days. Never using those guys again.

"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!"
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU NEED YOUR THINGS IN THE TIME THEY TELL YOU YOU WILL HAVE THEM!!! Just got an update that after standard time they gave us and now looking at another week with out our things and just tell us to call later in the week???????🤬🤬 They just say sorry and this happends some times you'll have it some time next week!
