"The app is useless"

The app is useless. Every few days it indicates that both left and right aids are empty and self check doesn’t work. So I delete the app and immediately get it again and everything is ok. Tiresome process

Bonne qualité de son mais c'est le seul point positif pour le moment.
La batterie qui tenait bien au début ne dure plus que 3h après moins de 2 ans d'utilisation.
Mon audioprothésiste m'a dit que c'était parce que j'utilisais trop le bluetooth, sauf...qu'on ne peut pas le désactiver.
Je travaille dans un centre avec d'autre malentendants et si les prothèses ne sont connectées sur mon téléphone, elles se
connectent automatiquement sur ceux de mes collègues qui ont aussi des prothèses Starkey.
(Et je ne parle pas du fait que mes voisins avec qui je suis en guerre pour tapage nocturne s'amusent à se connecter sur mes prothèses dès que possible, puisqu'il n'y a aucune sécurité pour interdire l'association de nouveaux terminaux, pour m'envoyer des sons interdit aux moins de 18 ans)
Au bout de 2 ans le chargeur qui devait s'éteindre à la fin de la charge reste aussi maintenant allumé en continu.
Au lieu de recharger le chargeur tous les 4 à 5 jours je dois le faire tous les 1.5 jours.

"Starkey hearing aid batteries do not hold up"

I purchased Starkey hearing aids with the charging station. I've had them for 4 years now and they have had to be sent in twice to have the battery replaced. The last one cost me $400. Now the other battery has quit working so I will need to pay another $400 to get it replaced with a battery that lasts less than 2 years. It's time to try another brand.

Not happy Jan, while my other hearing aids were great, would not recommend these to anyone, cracking, change of sound without me touching it and still can’t hear everything from people talking! I’ve had to use these because I payed so much for one hearing aid as I have trouble with the other ear with water coming out and can’t were one

"Le Servicle Client Starkey France"

Je souhaite partager une expérience désagréable avec le service client de la marque Starkey. Hier, j'ai acheté une prothèse auditive chez mon audioprothésiste, mais j'ai rapidement rencontré un problème technique nécessitant une assistance directe du fournisseur. Malheureusement, l'amabilité et le professionnalisme étaient totalement absents lors de mon appel.

La personne du service Client Starkey, un homme que j'ai contacté le 10-07-2024 vers 10h30, a été particulièrement désagréable et m'a renvoyé brusquement vers mon audioprothésiste sans même essayer de comprendre ou d'assister à ma demande. Cette expérience a été très frustrante, surtout après un investissement significatif dans un appareil auditif censé améliorer ma qualité de vie.

Je suis très déçu par le manque de soutien et de respect de la part de Starkey. J'espère que cette critique incitera l'entreprise à améliorer son service client pour mieux répondre aux besoins de ses clients.

"Disappointing"

Disappointing. Spent £3k on hearing aids supposed to cut out wind, background noise and enhance speech-I honestly can't hear any difference. The Bluetooth is handy but not £3k handy, and not as good as Bose quiet comfort earbuds for range or sound quality. I actually find my NHS aids give better speech perception.

"Purchased Livio in 2021"

Purchased Livio in 2021. In 2023 it stopped working for the third and last time, because I refused to send it for repair again.

It never took care of my tinnitus and the app works very erratically.

The most useless 4K euros I have ever spent. And I never recovered from that stupid loss of money.

And the audiologist suggested I go to a therapist to cure my tinnitus!
