"I truly want to thank Starkey for their…"
I truly want to thank Starkey for their excellent hearing aids, great support, and great service. My Halo i110 model hearing aids are now 9 years old!. I take good care of them, but I’ve had to send just one of them in a few times and recently had to send both of them in for repair. They still support them, which is amazing! I am 75 years old and really can’t afford a new pair. Thank you Starkey! Your product, phone support, and service is excellent.

"Great customer service"
Everyone from the reception desk, audiologist doing hearing test, person going over hearing test result and offering options and to finally meeting with Justine the audiologist teaching me about my hearing aids was phenomenal customer service.
Also of course serving a nice lunch while waiting for my hearing aids to be made specifically for me.

"urchased set of NEW hearing aids WORST EXPERIENCE …"
Purchased set of NEW hearing aids Evolve AI 2400 CIC NW for 10K. Right one was sent back in 3 times over a period of 2 months due to distortion and feedback. Apparently was replaced with a new one again and 2 weeks later, been sent in again for distortion. I’m now wearing the left one and it’s background noise is atrocious. Been with Starkey for 20 years and never had an issue. This time round it’s been a nightmare. Closest clinic is 40mins away from me and it has been so stressful in between trying to deal with daily life of work, kids and functions.
I gave Starkey the benefit of the doubt but now I’m wishing I just got my money back the first time and went somewhere else. Such poor quality and really just a waste of my time. Even though they were happy to credit me through connect hearing, and now I can’t even get my money back from Connect hearing because apparently I’ve gone over the 3month period..it was just such a waste of time going back and forth with them. Not happy at all.

"I have a set of Evolv AI CIC hearing…"
I have a set of Evolv AI CIC hearing aids. Along with them I have a TV streamer, a Mini Remote Microphone, and a Remote Mic +.
The hearing aids themselves do a pretty good job. I'd give them a solid 5 stars. The accessories though...
The Evolv AI hearing aids are bluetooth capable and can pair with my mobile phone via bluetooth. Of the accessories, they all connect to the hearing aids via a Starkey protocol, and in the case of the mics, to my mobile phone via bluetooth.
When my hearing aids are connected via Bluetooth I can receive phone calls through them and listen to music, videos, and other media streamed via Bluetooth. A continuing problem though is that either the left side or the right side (more often the right) will drop out leaving an annoying mono broadcast. If streaming I can resolve it by stopping and resuming the streaming, sometimes. Other times I need to shut off and restart Bluetooth. In extremis I remove and repair the hearing aids. This is dangerous though since it is often difficult to pair the right hearing aid. Also, the mobile phone - hearing aid Bluetooth connection can't be used for any phone calls that don't come as regular phone calls. VOIP calls will ring in the hearing aids, but when picked up, it goes to the phone speaker.
The Remote Mic + has problems similar to the hearing aids in that one side or the other (usually right again) will drop out. Resolution is the same as the hearing aids, except that I can also factory reset the Remote Mic + and repair it with the hearing aids and the mobile phone. The Remote Mic + also passes VOIP phone calls through to the hearing aid, most of the time. Annoyingly it also drops out frequently leaving one unexpectedly trying to speak to the phone and listen to the speaker, which defeats the reason I'm trying to use the Remote Mic + to begin with.
When streaming music, videos, etc., there is no delay when starting the stream and I am listening to it via hearing aid - mobile phone hearing aid Bluetooth connection. If I listen using the Remote Mic + there is a delay of 4 to 5 seconds before I start hearing sound.
The Mini Mic I don't use. The Remote Mic + has all it's capabilities and more.
The TV Streamer should be a useful device, but the volume doesn't go up enough, so I miss a lot of the sound. I don't use it anymore.
I understand that the Evolv AI hearing aids have been eclipsed by new models, the Genesis hearing aids, so this review may not be relevant. Still, I needed to get it down somewhere. At times it's been so frustrating that I wanted to take a BMFH to the accessories. I haven't yet. But I've also had no success in finding a satisfactory solution to these problems. Any time I bring it up I'm directed to FAQs or the User manual. Really? If I'd found the answer there I wouldn't be asking. Directing me there for a second, third, fourth, and repetitive time doesn't make the answer that wasn't there before magically appear in subsequent iterations.
In summation, your hearing aids themselves are good. Their supporting accessories need work, as does the human support supporting it all.

"Plastic earmolds are like rocks in your ears"
First time hearing aid user (3 months). Hearing loss is mild to moderate in high ranges. Luckily I can get by with using the domes (earbuds) only because the hard plastic earmolds are like putting rocks in your ears. I will never wear them! Hearing aid specialist even ground them down some, but they are too uncomfortable to wear. Need a better material than hard plastic.

The connectivity to the app and all of the other devices is marginal. And it really tends to irritate you when you try to fix it. I'm pretty happy with Tech, but this is really just a frustrating device.

"I can't say enough good things!"
I am so thrilled to be able to write this review. My Father was able to receive his hearing aids through the Starkey Hearing Benefit. And he was personally fit by Bill Austin. I was able to join my Father in the Center for Excellence during his appointment and I was blown away with the care and dedication he received. From his cleaning, to his hearing test, and even consultation, no detail was overlooked. All of the employees took the time to make sure we were comfortable, informed, and even fed while we waited for his hearing aids to be made. Thank you again to the wonderful team at Starkey you really are making a difference for each and every patient that walks through the door.

"It is now ten days since I lost the…"
It is now ten days since I lost the streaming via my hearing aids after updates on my android phone, according to .y audiologist the fault lies with the Starkey app taking time to catch up with the updates , quite frankly I'm beginning to think that this will never happen, whichever way I turn there doesn't seem to be a solution, very disappointed I have to say .
