Amazing experience from Tony Brelsford this morning, can’t fault him at all. Easy, simple procedure and explained everything. Didn’t get the amount quoted but it was only £59 difference, and with that it was just a few minor things I had missed with the chips on the car. Thank you very much. Hopefully will use you again in the future.

They offered me £5.2k where we buy offered £1000 less. Came on time, friendly chap. I described the car honestly and there were no deductions. I could have got a couple of hundred more if sold privately but for the lack of hassle and not having to deal random tyre kickers in a pandemic this service was first class.

If I could give zero I would. Overfamiliar salesman who gave himself a five star review on his iPad without my consent.

Having booked an appointment I then read the reviews on here and started to think it was going to be the same old story of my car being torn apart.
The reality was totally different. An inspector named Ian Willshire arrived as booked he was very polite and explained the process. he inspected the car and then took it for a test drive. He then pointed out a couple of things I had missed in my assessment and said they would reduce the offer by £120.
This offer was still massively better than my px offer and we buy any car. I felt the reduction was a fair reflection and did not feel he was picking things for the sake of it.
I was more than happy with the offer made and the money was in my account before he left
Overall I was very impressed and would definitely use again.

"Spot on, fair and efficient."

Used the Manheim instant offer service through Autotrader. I added the description to include a couple of alloy scuffs and history etc. The system offered a price higher than other 'WeBuy' services so I agreed. They came out as planned and confirmed the appointment beforehand. Appraisal was conducted and the staff were friendly. He then test drove and I expected them to haggle on price. He explained he will call the office and they confirm if OK. They agreed and he offered the payment originally agreed. I was worried based on the reviews in here, but it was spot on, fair and efficient. Payment was received within the hour too.

"Utter shambles"

Utter shambles. How can you knock £1000 off an offer for a car? Everything was submitted correctly, you have tried to take money off the offer for things you never even asked for. Get right in the bin you set of cowboys. Avoid.

Very professional company to deal with. Providing you are honest with yourself as to the value of your car and honest when you ask for a quote regarding its condition then you should have no issues in dealing with this company. I suppose I may have received perhaps another 12 to 15 % if sold private who knows. I was offered cash 14% more than if I P/X it in exchange .

This trick this company using please beeawear and they let you down. First they value my car 2400£ and then asked for transferring logbook to my name because it was on my company name after transferring logbook they devalue my car from 2400£ to 1600£ because it was another keeper on so this is trick and never sell your car to this company they are useless....

"I had manheim to me today"

I had manheim to me today. Wish I didnt waste losing a day's pay! They quote one price. The rep admitted my car was 99 percent better than most he sees. Then they tried to knock me down 400 pounds for a parcel shelf! Disgusting. An to make matters worse the chap who I will say was pleasant and honest. Admitted his job is to find any little mark or whatever to reduce the price they pay! All I'm going to say is good luck if you waste your time. Clearly the reviews here are honest. I am going to also write to auto trader as their company will be tarnished by this firm sadly.

Wouldn't recommend this service. Car went for drive and has been driven like stolen car, honestly ridiculous with traffic around luckily for me he didn't crash my car. Then we went waiting for my deal for 30 minutes on the phone nobody picked up so i asked him to email the offer over to me he said they will do that anyway. And what i received is Thank you for using Auto Trader Instant Offer. We’re sorry we were unable to help you sell your car on this occasion.

So just wasted my time with them!
