I haven’t been in contact with the company for several years. Only the monthly deduction from my credit card every month. I suppose there is no reason to be in touch when everything seems to be alright.

Car is very unsafe at night once its dark, lighting is often not on. Also construction workers enter like its a grand prix track with their large cars, nearly been hit on many occasions.
There should be signs that customers need to pay prior to going to their cars often you get held up for 10-15 minutes when you are leaving as they fumble to sort payment at the gate.

"motor home parking at Reservoir Vic"

The parking spot ( driveway ) was very handy for our son to pick us up. We brought our own padlock & bendy rope & it was easily secured. The only downside was the site was extremely messy & we had to clear rocks, branches & rubble out of the way before we could park & try & even the ground with a piece of wood. The owner was very responsive to communication .
