I bought Tulip Flute Glasses, unfortunately on arrival one had a broken stem. I contacted customer services, fast communication with Clare and I received a full set the next day. Definitely recommend this company.

"Ordered white balloons for wedding"

Ordered white balloons for wedding, they were cream when blown up. Was told would never get white balloons even though their photo clearly showed bright white balloons. Was told I could return them at my own expense. False advertising and very argumentative lady called Claire. Customer service shocking

DO NOT PURCHASE BALLOON IN A BOX. It comes in a smashed up partyrama logo box full of cellotape and delivery stickers you do not get what is advertised on the website so order from elsewhere before you ruin your celebration. I ordered this to take some stress away as its my daughters 21st and my partner is stuck in hospital after a 2nd major heart attack and now i have more stress has i have to go out and find a box when i should be at the hospital. Really bad false advertising i have sent it all my family and they agree its wrong. Sort your website out asap before you ruin someone elses day fuming is not the word.

Won't use again. Ordered 2 tanks of helium paid extra delivery fee to be delivered on Saturday for sons birthday set up and didn't arrive until Monday so I've been charged delivery fees that didn't arrive on time that I paid for and didn't use the helium as it missed my sons birthday. Sent email and haven't received any response

Charging £44.99 for 1 canister of 50 balloons on amazon. £33.50 on own website.

Charging £43.99 for 2 canisters on own website.

When I called and asked if they would honor the £34.50 difference I've had to pay the women told me i should have shopped around. Was very rude and unhelpful.

Will have to accept the loss this time, but I wont be using Partyrama again for anything and will be letting all friends and family know that they are rip off merchant who don't care about their customers.

First time ordering and won't be using them again. Should have looked at the reviews.
Ordered a gender reveal balloon in a box which on their website shows a nice box, and that it comes with a card to personalise. How can I do a gender reveal with this? Covered in logo, box battered and wet and balloon not even fully inflated! Rang customer services to basically be fobbed off.
Judging by the other reviews no point me even returning it as I doubt they will refund it.
Appalling.

"Not as described or advertised…"

I recently ordered a balloon in a box for a surprise pregnancy reveal. I contacted the company prior to ordering to ensure it arrives inside a gift box as advertised/pictured online. PLS DONT BE DECIEVED! The balloon arrived in a standard brown mailing box as would any package, not as described or advertised. We did not use it as it ruined our surprise. We left it in the box and returned it the following day or so as it was the weekend. We contacted the company to inform them we were not happy and they said we could return it which we did. The company sent it back with out refunding us. We are highly disappointed. I would not recommend.
