"Mis Sold learner insurance"

Sold learner insurance - reasonably priced at £280. Was told that remainder of balance would be transferred to a new policy once test passed. For two months and 2 weeks, they offered to put £115 towards a new policy, which was £3k more expensive than anyone else. Got my £50 refund coming back as I have gone elsewhere. Was told it’s all in the small print, which it is but not the overpriced quote to force me to go elsewhere. So I have paid £230 for two months and two weeks. Appalling company, absolute robbery and they couldn’t give a hoot! DO NOT USE ADRIAN FLUX for your learner driver. They are some decent companies out there, just look for the good reviews from satisfied customers.

Cancelled my policy due to changing vehicle and gave Adrian Flux chance to re quote but couldn’t match other quotes. I cancelled my policy only to be told because I didn’t cancel within 4 months of starting policy( it was 6 months) I wouldn’t be entitled to refund as my policy states that 4 month max if you want to cancel. I appreciate this is in very small print on my contract but this is a warning that you won’t get anything back after 4 months. Even though they were given a chance to requote on new vehicle but were way more expensive. I’ve now lost £150.00. Thanks Adrian flux.
