"Miserable return experiance"
I ordered 12 x 60l Heavy duty storage tubs on 28th February, but only needed 6 so asked your supplier, Cheaper Online Ltd to return the other 6 storage tubs as no longer needed. They arranged an original return date of 18th March, and despite being at home all day and receiving deliveries from Amazon and Dunlem during the day, no one appeared to take the return items away from Cheaper Online Ltd. I contacted the supplier again, as I had taken a day off for this return and they said the courier claimed they did turn up but could not get into my block of flats or get a response so left. I arranged another return date and confirmed there is a trade entry button to enter the block which operates from 6.30am – 12 noon and if they had any problems getting into the block, to call me on my mobile phone, which I asked to be passed on to the courier if they encountered any issues. I was also told the courier company should confirm a collection slot, which to date I have also not received. I was at home all day on 21st March and received 3 other deliveries from separate courier companies for which I had made orders online without any issues, yet no one attempted to enter the block by using the trade entry button before 12 noon or knocked on my front door or called me on my mobile to confirm any issued during the day, which meant another day off was wasted waiting at home for Cheaper Online ltd.’s courier to take away my returns. Again, the courier claims he did arrive and photographed himself outside my block of flats but how is it 3 other couriers had no issues in delivering their goods but this courier, despite having my contact details is unable to gain entry and made no attempt to contact me on my mobile to confirmed he had a problem? I finally arranged a 3rd collection for the 4th of April. This time a 2-hour arrival slot was text by courier DX, however during the allotted slot I then got a text confirming they were unable to make the collection, so another day wasted. I am furious at the total lack of respect for my time and efforts to return these items, which I have been trying to do on 3 occasions without success. I have from the feedback noted on Trustpilot that B&Q appear to pass their orders to third parties like Cheaper Online Ltd now, therefore acting as a marketplace like eBay, however, they also appear to lack taking any responsibility for these orders when things go wrong from feedback shown on Trust pilot. The reviews for Cheaper Online Ltd who are based at Unit 50 Square Gate Industrial Estate, Square Gate Lane Blackpool FY4 3RN, make disturbing reading and would definitely not be the sort of company I would dream of using based on their reviews. However my order, which was made to B&Q has be transferred by B&Q to one of their partner companies, which happen to be Cheaper Online Ltd without my knowledge, and I am now left in the nightmare situation, as voiced by so many other victims of Cheaper Online Ltd, where returns are not collected by the couriers they appoint, (assuming this is actually the case) therefore cannot get a refund. I have made a formal complaint and await a response from B &Q. I would say be very careful when placing large orders with B&Q. I am amazed a company like B&Q would risk trashing their reputation and customer base by pairing up with companies like Cheaper Online Ltd. B&Q have exposed me to an unscrupulous third-party trader, whom I would never have had contact with, had it not been for B&Q.

"AVOID AT ALL COST!!"
Absolutely disgusting company and Customer service. Ordered bench in the range for garden, beautiful bench, looked sturdy. Arrived in cosmetic damage condition like it's been returned before. Contacted Customer service got back just over £10 refund. 3 weeks later bench cracked right in the middle that nobody can sit on it. I am disabled so needed to pay someone to put it together for me. Contacted again Customer service that was RUDE, implied that this is different bench then implied that first photos of scratches are the same as the broken bit in middle. I asked for refund and they can take their bench in put together state cos I would be £60 out of pocket. I refuse to pay more money to get that broken bench dismantled. Bench costed £110. Right now waiting for reply if they can send replacement parts at least so I can repair in in future when I can afford it. AVOID AT ALL COST! RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Had a huge problem with Deliveries and Refunds with Debenhams Cheaper online was 3rd party Debenhams useless Sandra at Cheaper online made the process so easy when she very kindle got involved , very Proffesional, and got thinks done in the smallest of time .

"Ordered a xmas tree from Tesco"
Ordered a xmas tree from Tesco, which looked ok in the pictures. When it came it was truly awful and top 1/3 was missing and it had come from Cheaper Online not directly from Tesco. Returning the tree was very difficult, took it back to a Tesco Extra and they were unable to help, eventually after contacting cheaper online I had to return the tree via the courier (Evri) which collected the tree. 9 days later contacted by Tesco saying the refund would take another 3-5 days. Not a good experience at all, Cheaper Online means what is says cheap and in my case an awful product

Ordered three item at a cost of £125 expected something that looked like they were New and in undamaged boxes , tested and they do work But Boxes looked like they had fallen of the back of a Lorry . Must say they look as if they may have been left over damaged stock ? ...Just hoping the all work for Christmas this year !
Also added now , wish I could add some pictures of how the items were so called packed , all open and seller taped all together ( Just ) DON'T USE this Firm

Absolute rubbish, got a wheelbarrow from Robert dyas that was sent by this company, no fixings or instructions rendering it totally useless, robert dyas dragging their feet to resolve it. Won't use either company again.

4 items arrived either damaged or broken with parts missing. They offered 20% refund but only paid for 20% of 1 item and ignored the fact that all items were damaged.
Terrible packaging lead to damage and a 2 quid refund on a 50 quid order is disgusting

15/12/24 Purchased from their store on ebay. Don't buy from this company if you want a pain-free buying experience. The competitive pricing isnt worth the disrespectfully dismissive customer service. Parcel wasnt even with yodel until after the latest expected delivery date, tracking mysteriously updated after I got ebay involved. Seller unconcerned.Christmas tree then arrived with no stand. Once again uncaring customer service, no apology and no responsibility expressed.Stand was sent out which now completes what shouldve arrived almost 2 weeks ago. Avoid at all cost, other companies actually respect their customers and provide positive buying experiences.
