"Ace rental Aug 8 2021"

I picked up the car with no issues. Less than a mile I got a warning tire pressure low add air. I have photos.
Next day I had to purchase a can of Raid for $6.00 the driver door was loaded with ANTS. I have photos. 2 days later key battery low.
other then that radio rode fine.

They will charge you a full day If you don't return the car at the time they say. First time this happens to me.

Besides that, they add and add and add a bunch of charges that not even the customer service people can explain.

Then, the tank wasn't full. They acknowledge it, but still when I return it as they gave it to me, they charged me.

A total rip off... you think the rental is cheap but you end up paying a bunch of hiding fees which is basically paying what a better rental car will charge you.

And they got tons of complaints with the state: nj.gov/ oag/ newsreleases20/ pr20200916a. html

"WORST CAR RENTAL EXPERIENCE EVER!!!"

Is there a zero star rating...because they deserve it. I thought I was getting a deal, instead I got a F...ing HEADACHE. Lessons learned. I would definitely NOT recommend this place. Customer service was extremely poor...I almost had a fight with one of agents in the office when I tried to complain about the poor service...smfh😐!!!

"The WORSTTT experience ever!!"

The WORSTTT experience ever!!! I booked through a 3rd party so everything was pre-paid. Then 6 months later I get sent to collections I asked for an itemized list of charges and they come back saying I never paid for the rental that I "stopped payment" on my card (which makes no sense as it was through a 3rd party) and that I had to settle etc. I called Drivo they couldn't explain how the payment got 'taken back' 5 months later was told I'd get a call back, never happened. I settled with the claims people. 3 months later AGAIN another "lawyers office" company saying I now owe $500. Again going back to how it was never paid for. I rather pay this to a lawyer at this point.
