Bross mode verkeerde schoenen na meerdere mails gestuurd te hebben bleef bross mode volhouden dat de bestelling klopte met de order nummer wat misschien ook zo is . Maar op de advertentie stond hele andere foto van schoenen dan die geleverd zijn . Na wat dreigen van mij kant met aangifte deden ze mij een aanbod van 15% korting op de volgende bestelling (die er nooit gaat komen ik wil mijn geld terug) wat ik weigerde deden ze het verhogen naar 30% wat ik ook weigerde stuurde ze me gegevens om de artikelen yerug te sturen naar de filipijnen wat ik dus niet vertrouw tot ovwrmaat van ramp moet ik verplicht een track and trace nemen en alle kosten zijn voor mij . Dus 63 euro kwijt en ook nog verzendkosten betalen . Waar kan ik hier melding van maken . ( behalve bij de politie )

"Refuse to refund or exchange."

I ordered a pair of coats and my wife and I used the sizing charts supplied, took measurements and ordered. They were both at the very least 2 sizes to small. With any other retailer, we would just be able to send them back and get a new size, or simply get our money back. I have been asking over the past 45 days with numerous emails back-and-forth about how to either get them replaced or get my money back. Initially they wanted me to keep them, get no refund, but get 40% off my next order.

Umm no.

After emails back-and-forth, they finally have said and I quote "I was told by our Financial manager that Our account has been frozen due to a lot of transactions recently. The manager is currently dealing with this issue.All refunds will be postponed for a period of time.So sorry for the inconvenience. Your understanding is highly appreciated.
Warm regards."

I have no idea where to even go from here, contact my Attorney General, the BBB, actually engaged, my lawyer?

"I contacted Broswear again about…"

I contacted Broswear again about sending back the last items I bought from them. They said it would be at my own expense which they claim is published on their website. They also want me to send it back in the original packaging it came in. Like really do you think I have the original packing and the answer is "yes I do". I told them this and they said they would send me an address of where to ship it to and that was 4 days ago and I haven't heard from them since.

I ordered an outfit from the website. Honestly, I expected variation in quality and look from the advertised apparel, but what I received was truly disappointing. I don't think anyone should trust their website or give them business.
The response from Broswear reads as though my dissatisfaction is subjective and of personal preference. I took a photo wearing the apparel that was delivered and placed it next to the advertised image and anyone with the ability to see will recognize how poor in quality and likeness the product I received was from that which they promoted. They are a cheap, misleading sham of an online retailer. I wish trustpilot allowed attachments so I could share the comparison.

"Straight up scam. “Bank account freeze” is FAKE"

All the reviews that saying they’re out of stock of the item then say they can’t refund cause of their bank account freeze, that’s literally my experience. No I don’t want to order anything else, I just want my refund and asked them multiple time. I wish this forum allows me to send screen shots, cause I would. It’s a straight scam that they do. I’ve contacted your customer service multiple times and I know you’re going to have the audacity to ask me to contact again. That bank account freeze so you can’t refund is STRAIGHT BS. Just give me my money back cause your item is “out of stock” for several items

"Received partial order"

I purchased several items. The ones that arrived were smaller than advertised and one item never arrived. I contacted customer service and was told the item was no longer available and I could choose something else for $5.00 more. I said since the other items were not true to size, I didn't want to order something else. I wanted a refund for the unshipped item. First they said their system had been compromised and it would take time to get it up and running again. Then I was told they were backlogged and asked for patience. The third time, I got no response. Do not order from this company!

"SCAM! STOLE MY MONEY - DO NOT ORDER FROM BROSWEAR"

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I placed and order for 2 separate matching sets and never received my order. I paid $150 and never received anything. I contacted customer service multiple times with no response and they said they ran out of the item and to place an order for something else. I told them I wanted a refund and they said that was impossible and I would just have to pick another item. I reported this as fraud to my bank because this business charged me and never sent me what I ordered. I’m sure they are going to reply to this review stating they are so sorry for my experience and to contact customer service, but why don’t they contact me and make it right since they never resolved my issue the first time and are impossible to get ahold of? If they truly care they will respond to this with a specific EMPLOYEE email address and direct line phone number (not some customer service number) that I can contact to get my refund. This is a total scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE.
