"Horrible and dishonest"

Horrible and dishonest, read your tenancy agreements thoroughly before signing as they can increase you rent halfway through your tenancy which they tell you that they won't do but refuse to put into any legally binding format after lying about what's in the contract when it's brought up

"I wish I could do a 0"

I wish I could do a 0. 2 years I have been waiting for a new door. It is drafty, burglars can easy break in.
Boiler is not working properly for years. I have no heating for over 8 weeks.
6 month it took them to plaster 1 bedroom. First inly 1 wall as they been told to do. Than 2 walls and atlast the rest. It always took weeks for them to come out again.
Apparently they got rid of the contractors as Tey blamed on them, but they still use the same once.

CONTOUR PROPERTY SERVICES
I have seen so many complaints regarding a so called Leaseholder property management company
Is anyone happy or pleased with the over priced service charge

No designated Leaseholders portal
No surveys done in regard to service provided
No actual statistics in regard to complaints, resolve or Leaseholder satisfaction

Over priced Under perform Lack customer service skills
No regard for LeaseholdersGhost visits for schemes no actual visibilityClaim to have specialist but cannot explain what a specialist is or does
Fails constantly to meet own Service Level AgreementsFails to supply three quotes for jobs in excess of £250 
In ability to retain staff and so called specialist
Neglect and ruin schemesDo not secure all data relating to schemes
Contacted by Rents team regarding monthly maintenance fees, when we are Leaseholders not Renters
Unable to supply separate Leaseholders fund being held in
Sinking and separate Cylindrical fund
Employe under qualified staff and  so called specialist
Window cleaning being done by jet washers causing window panes to blow and have to be replaced at Leasehold own costs
Supply smoke detectors in communal areas not fire alarms and charge smoke detectors not hard wired and cost on average £9, but Leaseholders charges hundreds of pounds for these items and third party inspection
Communal cleaning which is in house poorly done or non existentGardening Grass and leaves left everywhere, stuck to brick work causing damage to brick work and grass growth

No designated Leaseholder phone number
Poor to non existent Out of hours emergency service
This company forget who is paying the wages and maintenance fees
Looking at all other Leaseholder comments regarding complaints and poor service, this company refuses to set up a forum for Leaseholders to come together

Onward/Contour- Do not send a standard reply as we are no longer interested in your company and will direct complaints to the The Housing Ombudsman.
Lets hope  Cowboys will disappear soon due to new legislation

"Never showed up & left with no gas heating "

So one of my alarms where going off in the kitchen didn't know if smoke alarm or carbon monoxide one as it was going off for few seconds only and couldn't cat h with alarm it was they sent out a gas engineer who capped off my gas and he rang onwards to tell them to send a boiler engineer out onwards then said they'd be out in 2 to 4 hours waiting untill 4 o'clock from 11 o'clock that day on Friday 11th spoke to customer service they reassured me still coming out & my details would be passed to our of hour service via 9 pm i rang up and spoke to them again the lady said oh we don't come out to uncap gas and check boiler on out of hours & then told me ring customer services Monday so all weekend now I've had no gas the fact that I have fibromyalgia all over pain disorder and i need a bath to calm my pain down & I don't stand well so couldn't take a shower as i have leg weakness due to this condition I can't run up & down stairs filling bath with the kettle to fill the pain as I have grip issues for for 3 days I'm stuck in more pain due to me not having hot water to fill my bath good job I've got an electric cooker or I'd not be feeding everyone in my household find it disgusting that they couldn't stick to what they told me my MP knows as I messaged them at 9 o'clock and even putting a complaint in is just not good enough probably get poor excuse like back from them

Absolutely amazing service from Emma from customer resolutions who went above and beyond her job role As soon as The complaint was passed over to her having a complaint being put on hold for the last year and five months by previous members of team she really was determined to get this complaint resolved, so thank you

"My third review … and Onward don’t put…"

My third review … and Onward don’t put that rubbish generated email at the end it’s rubbish
3 months into another housing specialist ,not so special , the lies that are generated from everyone at this company are unbelievable . 4 cars around are property which are not taxed , no mot .. which means no insurance .. and all un-road worthy.. and according to our lease they should be removed .. now according to the housing management person from Onward She’s awaiting news back from DVLA .. I phoned them today and said the info should have been back to Onward within two weeks .. this is two months ago … Also why is a not for profit company sat on over £150.000 .in our sinking fund? . don’t want bullshit answers or uniformed emails asking me to contact you … the lady from the second review who actually phoned me and said she was reinstating my formal complaint .. what’s happened ????

"Imagine being forced to live in this…"

Imagine being forced to live in this dump! The backyard absolutely reeks of urine, it's unbearable. I can't even open my kitchen window because it looks directly onto that disgusting space.

I was told the Environmental Team would respond within three days. Surprise, surprise—another empty promise! Every time I report an issue over the phone, it’s completely ignored.

Onward is an absolute scam. If you care about your health and your family’s well-being, stay far, far away!

Completely mismanaged and opaque - never resolve matters in an effective or timely manner. Unexplained and extortionate fees. Avoid this company for your own sakes. Their response to this review is inaccurate and they are well aware of outstanding complaints.
