When we were refurbishing our house in 2016, Splash gave us great advice and support on bathroom and shower room furniture, now 6 years later and we have a small issue with a worn out valve on a cistern, Splash are still there to provide technical advice to help us to fix the problem. We couldn't have asked for more.

Ordered a cloakroom sink from Splashdirect. Really happy with the product and delivery was reasonable time scales. It would be easier if they told you it had been despatched instead of just an estimate of when it would be but that's the only reason I didnt give 5 stars.

Excellent customer service. Well done Lorraine. You transformed a potentially bad experience into a straightforward transaction with your efficiency and great handling of a refund. I ordered a shower screen from Splashdirect. It arrived promptly, but my bathroom fitter was not able to fit it for several weeks. We then found out that it was not the product we had initially ordered, and was unsuitable for the task. Lorraine at Splashdirect arranged collection and refund promptly, even though I did not want to exchange the screen for another of their products. I was really impressed with this service. Well done.

"Awful customer service"
Sent some taps i bought back for a refund to this company they sent a returns form i filled it all in sent it by recorded delivery out of my own pocket, they are saying the tracking number does not work when it clearly does i've shown image proof that its working, it's been over 11 days since they got the item back and still no refund also they don't even know what i have ordered they called it a basin it's not it's taps to a basin will be reporting this company disgraceful service avoid at all costs, ohh and it took 6 emails to get them to reply ridiculous !!!!

"Cancelled my order - got no refund!"
canceled this order via email (as it tells you to do on their site) - never got an email response - called up after a few days - greeted by a very rude lady who told me that I should have called up to cancel (it clearly states that you can email them on their website) - I was told to reject the delivery so that it would be sent back and I would receive a refund. Six months on .... No refund - will have my credit card company reclaim the lost money.

I ordered a shower screen and paid extra for it to be delivered on a specific date - it wasn't delivered! I contacted Splash direct but no one responded. I tried again to be advised that the specific date option wasn't available - clearly was as I was charged extra. I asked when it would be delivered and told it was in the warehouse and they would ring me with delivery date - surprise surprise no one did!
I contacted them again to be told it was in the warehouse and again they would contact me with delivery date. At last someone did and I received it 2 days later.
Great product but customer service is appalling and no apologies given whatsoever. Would never use or recommend this company to anyone.

I ordered a shower screen for a rental property and wanted to fit it when empty. Phoned prior to order to get idea of delivery. Was weeks late, with no updates. When I enquired I was told they'd find out what was going on a call back, never did, multiple times. When it was eventually dispatched no notification was given, so no one was available to receive it. Due to the late delivery date I had to pay for someone to fit it. Spoke to the manager afterwards to discuss the matter and emailed suggesting a contribution to the fitting costs. No help at all. I'm afraid they clearly don't have good procedures in place for delivery and poor customer service when things don't go according to plan.
