"Horrible customer service and horrible…"
Horrible customer service and horrible plant. Tried calling all day Friday and was not able to get through. Sent a email the night I received the plant and then decided to chat and FINALLY after 2 hours got my refund. At first I was going to get a replacement and asked for expedited shipping since it was Friday she said it wouldn’t be delivered until Monday or Tuesday and if the plant was damaged they could not send me another replacement. I have never experienced costumer service this bad and quality control. The plant was broken on 5 out of 7 of the major leaves and she tried to tell me it was due to shipping.

I am a new plant lover. I have animals and have never kept plants becuase so many are harmful to them. I emailed Lively Root with questions and they were kind and answered all my questions. They also replaced a plant that showed up in not the best way due to travel and heat. They were great to work with. I am so happy I chose to have them along for my new journey and love of plants

"Nice people to work with,I received a Lively Root club…"
I received a Lively Root club subscription from my son and family for Christmas. The first two plants arrived in excellent condition while the third was not so lucky. It took almost two weeks to be delivered with no cooling protection in the heat of summer. The plant was dead. I send a picture of the plant and the box to the Lively team and a new plants is on the way to me.

"Arrived wilted"
The plant was a birthday gift for my mom. I have had great experiences with Lively Root before so I did not hesitate to place another order. Unfortunately, the plant arrived very wilted and had dropped a lot of leaves and blooms in its box. Fortunately the recipient recognized it just needed to be watered and propped with a trellis, and now it’s coming back to life. I imagine the Florida heat was a factor during transport, but I was disappointed that it arrived in such bad condition.

"Plants expired due to delivery..BUT!!!!"
I ordered a number of plants from Lively Root. UPS decided that they had not a darn about them, and they must have sat in a hot truck and warehouse at least a week before they made it to my location. The plants had been dead. I contacted Lively root and they not only understood but replaced the plants. Was an easy interaction and I was and still am happy with everything

"Incredible customer service"
Incredible customer service! My plants came damaged because of the shipping carrier turning the box upside down in transit which was out of their control and they went above and beyond to get me replacement plants! I can’t wait to get my new plants! Thank you again Lively Root and the customer service team!

"Poor quality plants"
We bought three plants through Lively Root, which all ended up dying out of nowehere on us after the 30-day guarantee period of course. We are successful at keeping many other plants alive so this was not user error. We don't recommend this company.
