"BEST PLACE TO PURCHASE ONLINE PLANTS"

Plants arrive packaged perfectly. Healthiest plants I’ve ever received online and I purchase online every 1-2 months. I’ve purchased from many different companies and this is the best. On top of BEAUTIFUL plants, the customer service in outstanding. I get a reply at most within 1-2 days. They understand costumers come first and have done everything to assist me. Any damage to plants was clearly due to shipping and I’ve received credit, replacements and refunds. I’ve purchased 6 plants so far and will continue to only purchase from lively roots

"Should have not done it"

Should have not done it. Ordered against the advice of folks with bad experiences. Oh well, my fault. I ordered a braided Benjamin Ficus and got a Lily. they don't even look alike...how could someone mess that one up?

"Money Tree"

Just received our Medium size Money tree plant we paid $51 for was disappointing. To them Medium is 18 inches. We could have paid $16 for a 12 inch plant at Lowe’s. The leaves look like they might be ready to die. Also it looks like it might not grow any taller. It is a cheap $1 plastic pot. Total disappointment. Waste of money. Never again

"Dishonest. Avoid"

I bought a pink princess philodendron. What I got was nothing like what they advertise. It was a premium price so I expected more. I did not get a pink princess but some other philodendron which shouldn't cost more than $15. Their 100% happiness guarantee is BS. I emailed and filled out the contact form like the website says and no response. Beware of the reviews on the website, they filter them and only publish the positive ones.

"The Lively Root customer service is friendly, kind and all around spectacular!"

The Lively Root customer service individuals are responsive, kind and generous. I wanted to order their eco pots to transplant the wonderfully healthy and growing plants they had provided last year. I asked if they could also include the light weight grower pots that fit inside. The grower pots have holes in the bottom that then drain into the eco pots that have no holes. They said yes, no charge, they'd be glad to include them. I then mixed up the size of the eco pots and received a delivery without the grower pots, as none were available in that size, a size different than the one we had discussed in the initial email before I mixed up the sizes. They then offered to upgrade to the original size, where the grower pots are available, at no charge, and sent a cost paid return label. All of this happened very quickly. The delivery was on Friday and I was able to send back the pots today, Monday. When those pots are received they will send out the replacement pots with grower pots.
The email exchanges with the Lively Root customer service Staff were friendly, kind and helpful. Lively Root and their Staff are a breath of fresh air - excellent products and spectacular customer service!

"Unmatched Customer Service!"

I placed 2 orders with Lively Root for my mother's bday- a subscription to a rare plant club and 4 african violets. Everything arrived quickly and the packaging is the best i've ever seen for shipped live plants (I order many plants/flowers online). The violets were big and healthy- they all looked great- except for 1. It looked like shipping just shocked it too much- which happens. I emailed customer service just to let them know that I wasn't sure we could save one of the plants- nothing more. I planned to keep them updated and if it died, I would reach out. They got back with me in less than 24 hours and refunded me for the 1 shocked plant. Their service all around has been of the highest quality- I will certainly be ordering more from Lively Root!

"BEWARE"

BEWARE. It’s always a red flag when you can’t speak to someone but instead get an automated response directing you to send an email. 3 out 4 orders have been missing items or not sent at all. Was I notified? Of course not. So I contacted them through email, & when I finally got a response days later, they acted like it was no big deal, & didn’t even offer to refund shipping charges. Oh btw, this was a birthday gift for my sweet 80 year old neighbor. When I asked if she liked her plant she informed me that she never receive it.
