Plants were wonderful. Communication was excellent (advanced notice on plant delivery). Delivery was also really good.

My package never arrived to the recipient. Customer support was fantastic and was able to get my issue resolved! The plant did finally arrive!

I received a lovely plant from Lively Root as a gift but did not know who it was from. Keff was able to look up the order to retrieve the sender’s information so I can now send a proper thank you. Cheers!

Plants got delivered tipped and frozen. They have both died. The fern especially was so root-bound that it had split the sides of the planter pot. Neither plant was in an "Eco" pot as ordered.

Ordered 3 times and every time frozen dead plants, company deletes or does not post any low reviews and photos. Bad customer service and horrible shipped plants!

I sent yellow roses to my 86 year old mom for Valentines Day, and they arrive on the 19th of February. Clearly this plant had been through a lot in its journey. the leaves and blooms were crispy and dead. Terrible gift.

I have ordered a house plant through Lively Root and both times it has shown up dead. I would not recommend purchasing through Lively Root
