"Rubber Tree Replacement"

I received a rubber tree plant and observed spider mites about a week later. I contacted Lively Root for help to rid the spider mites and they offered to replace it or give me a credit towards a new plant. I really appreciate them going above and beyond to serve me. They were also very responsive, professional, and kind. I am a dedicated customer and will return for more plant babies.

When the sunflower I ordered didn't bounce back from the shock of shipping, they immediately offered to send a hardier replacement plant or a gift certificate, I went ahead and chose a replacement plant based on their recommendations and am eagerly awaiting its arrival. :) They were very helpful and accommodating beyond my expectations, it was a great experience.

Fantastic customer support! I sent a tree to my son as a gift. It was delivered quickly, packaged well but some limbs were broken. I was disappointed that it was damaged during shipping but the customer service team did everything to satisfy us. Will definitely shop here again.

It arrived in great condition, very green and fresh, with a lovely aroma. Shipping time of four days did not adversely affect it at all. She is very pleased and so am I.
