From the start the team were open, honest and gave alot of information to make informed decisions. The free quotation based on inventory was amazing! The lady was professional and kind.

The collection crew were incredibly efficient with the packaging and handled our inventory with care. Help was avaliable during office hours and it was easy to talk to someone.

Extremely Poor Communication and Long Delays

I had a very disappointing experience with PSS Removals. From the beginning, the process was not clearly explained to me. There was no proper communication regarding how long the shipping would take or what the actual steps were.

My belongings were delayed for over 4 months, and at no point was I warned that this could happen. I had important items in those boxes that I needed for work, and the delay caused me significant inconvenience.

Their lack of transparency and poor management of my goods made the whole experience incredibly stressful. I would not recommend this company to anyone who values clear communication and reliable service.

"Avoid using PSS!"

If I could give “0” I would! Whatever you do DON’T use this company. We used them to ship a few boxes from UK to Australia. Firstly, they delivered the incorrect sized boxes to us, which due to time constraints meant we had to use them. Secondly, we packed a book box with book, but they said we had to pay more because it weighed too much! Topping all this when our boxes arrived in Australia we were charged more fees they didn’t make clear to us at the time we booked. They “bury” the fees in minute t&c’s to appear to offer a competitive quote. It has also taken 5 months to deliver the boxes…..and they still haven’t arrived! Avoid PSS at all costs!

The young men who moved our furniture into storage were friendly, hard working and very respectful of our home. They introduced themselves to us when they first turned up and made sure we were happy as they went along through the day. Very efficient, and I would highly recommend them and the company and I hope both the young men come and remove the rest of our furniture for our final removal. Very happy with the service provided.
