"Second chance for Swan"

Had a problem with a kettle purchased and Sean initially didn’t want to assist. Clare then took over and resolved my issue virtually immediately. Given the service I received from Clare, i am giving swan another go. Thanks Clare ☺️

I emailed Customer services as I had not received an email confirmation of my order. Tracy was very prompt in responding to my query and confirmed the order confirmation had been sent to my default email (my fault for not checking) and shipment was on its way. Very impressed with Customer service efficiency, hoping the slow cooker will be great too! Thanks Tracy!

"I bought a lovely kettle from Swan…"

I bought a lovely kettle from Swan through Amazon. Unfortunately after the warranty expired, the kettle kept tripping my kitchen electric. Despite being out of warranty, Swan customer service emailed me and offered to replace my kettle. Customer Service advisor Chioma was so lovely and understanding. I am very pleased with the after sale service.

I recently contacted Swan’s customer service regarding an issue with my microwave, and the experience was nothing short of frustrating. From the moment the call was answered, it was clear that customer support was not a priority—background noise made it sound like I had dialed a school playground rather than a professional helpline. The representative had no interest in assisting me, offering no troubleshooting or solutions, and was more focused on rushing me off the phone and back to the retailer.

What’s even more disappointing is the so-called “manager” responding to negative reviews. Instead of addressing service failures at the root, they seem to be performing a junior-level task—surely, their time would be better spent improving training and operations to prevent these issues in the first place.

This experience has made one thing very clear: I will not be a returning customer. The combination of poor service, subpar product quality, and inflated prices makes Swan a brand I cannot recommend. I’ll certainly be sharing my experience with family and friends to ensure they avoid the same frustration. Lesson learned.

Update - Swan have requested my details to ‘better understand’ the matter. Not sure what is so difficult to understand from my honest review.
