Egress works fine.
Problem was that I had my access revoked, so I'd recommend receiving an email asking if I still needed my access before it actually expires.
Customer service was great though and access was reinstated quickly.

Absolutely shocking company. Taking money from people multiple times and not delivering the goods and then denying they ever took the money. My bank had to sort the refund in the end. This company should be shut down for fraud and stealing money from people.

A truly awful company, despite several failed attempts to complete checkout they took 3 x payments totalling over £300 and then had the nerve to say they have no record of these transactions forcing us to raise the issue with our banks. Along with this we had staff hanging up, and us having to chase to get updates. Avoid at all costs.
