This is the second review I have left - my first one I was told to email about my warranty and I have been completely ignored despite chasing 3 times! Whatever you do do not buy the warranty from this company as they do nothing to support you and do everything possible not to pay out! I am extremely disappointed and shocked at the customer service.

Experience was good. The salesman (albeit we already had a car reserved via the website) was well mannored, friendly and made the whole experience easy and smooth.

Only nitpick is that the car had a couple small scuffs and fabric interrior coming away on the doors that were not otherwise mentioned on the website, unfortunately due to it being used (only has 10k miles). They were not willing to reduce the price at all but they weren't bad enough to not make us want the car anyway.
