Update on my faulty vehicle I paid for a diagnostic test at a garage and it showed 11 faults so I wanted to reject the car…
But the answer was no because it needed to be done at the dealer so I took it and guess what it showed more faults up ….
Still no answer from motor point Sheffield if the car can be rejected absolutely disgusting aftercare…
They know I need a car to care for my mum…
I haven’t got words how you they like being treated like muck

Very simple and easy process!
Did a vehicle valuation online which came back much more than I expected. I then booked an appointment for the next day, went down, and that was it. The money was in my bank same day. Very attentive and relaxed service from Darcy. No pressure, and most of all a very fair deduction for damage. This still left my valuation miles above any other companies, and the slight deduction did not have a dramatic dent in the initial valuation. Motorpoint seem to understand the necessity to offer valuations further to retail rather than trade, unlike many other companies who will just offer bare minimum trade.
Very good vehicle selling process!
