Gavin was a great salesman. He gave me time to look at the cars I liked in my own time. He wanted a sale but was not too pushy. Got a good part exchange price for my own car. Had follow up phone call to check happy with everything. Would recommend and use again.

"Shocking experience "

I viewed a BMW 4 series priced at the thick end of £40k at Motorpoint Burnley and agreed to purchase it and to collect 6 days later. On collection day I inspected the car and found a ding in the passenger side door which was not there on initial inspection. I made the salesman aware of this and another small stone chips. He then told me the ding would cost between £600/£800 to repair as it would require a full door repaint. I then asked what were they going to do about it and he said they were not prepared to do a proper repair and proposed to dab it in with paint pen. At this point I realised exactly what kind of outfit Motorpoint were and reminded him of the cost of the vehicle. He went to see the dealership manager Mr.Young who reiterated they thought the ding was within acceptable parameters for Motorpoint. I had made my mind up and asked for a refund….I thought their service and general customer outlook was shocking and obviously would never give them any future business. Disappointed is an understatement but lesson learned.
