Genuinely shocked by how painless and quick the whole process was! Turned up just after opening time (without making an appointment), instantly someone (Sam) available to help me and show me around the car I was interested in. Super friendly and offered a great trade-in price for my car, higher than autotrader and motorway offered. We very quickly and effortlessly went through the paperwork and Sam even did me an amazing deal of the extended warranty and a set of tailored car mats (I didn't even ask for deals or discount). Within 2 hours I was driving home in my new car with a huge smile on my face! Definitely the easiest, quickest and friendliest experience I've had buying and trading in a car, cannot recommend enough.

Joel Fielding helped us in all our queries and the buying process and made the experience better than any car purchase I have made before. Courtesy, patience, good humour and knowledge, accompanied by a clear enjoyment of his work makes a refreshing change to the industry's stereotypes: If only other companies and traders took a leaf out of his book!
