"Avoid dealing with this company - you'll lose money!"

A similar experience to so many other reviewers - paid for goods but nothing received for months, despite assurances. They agreed to cancel the order and make a refund, but then instead delivered the goods (which I'd already bought elsewhere), then failed to honour the refund and return. Avoid this shower!

Place an order, 3 months later and several emails I finally got a refund. Was continually being fobbed off that it would be sent the following week. Avoid!

You only delivered two packs of Ralph Lauren underpants...I paid for three. One of the two packs delivered were the wrong colour.

I could find no email that responded to my complaint.

You are not only inefficient but you have taken money from me and not supplied goods. There is a word for that!!!!!

Never use tag deal! Ordered a 3 pack of Ralph Lauren tops and still havnt arrived along a month later. No updates through emails. very poor company.

Worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with.
I ordered and paid for 4 items over 6 months ago, nothing arrived. Many emails later I was told 1 item was being dispatched and the others would follow.
Many weeks later the cheapest item did arrive but despite being promised a refund for the other items, it never materialised.
My credit card company refunded me because I gave up with Tag Deal.
I get bombarded daily with spam emails, despite numerous requests to be taken off the mailing list.
Avoid this company!!

"Stay away at all costs"

Stay away at all costs. Ordered tshirts before Xmas. They never delivered. Couldn't fulfill my order. Said they could refund due to their account being closed. So I've ended up having to order something else that I didn't want or lose out on £40
