"Horrible shipping"
I have placed two orders with this company. The first order took so long I forgot all about it. The second order I have now been waiting a month for and have not gotten any updates when I will receive my order. This is ridiculous, I like your product but it is not worth it if I have to deal with this every time I order. Your website says packages in the USA would be delivered in 10-14 days... so far that is a lie.

I ordered on the 25t of March and like all the other reviews I also recieved an email stating it will be shipped on the 7th of April . My tracking didn't move at all since then. My wife was so excited for this gift. But it looks like a scam at this stage. Really dissapointed in people like this.

"ORDER NEVER ARRIVED! SCAM!"
They said my order would arrive by a certain date and that all the charms were in stock, but it never arrived and they refuse to answer my emails. Of course the package is coming from China and they aren’t even updating the tracking! Beware of this SCAM company. I will be issuing a chargeback in a week if they don’t reply to me!

I would give zero stars if it were possible. I ordered my charms and bracelet on 2/25. It is 4/16 and nothing. I have contacted the company many times and am told next week. Then 4/7...now as soon as they get through the backlog....meanwhile they send emails asking for 5 star reviews and for me to buy more. How about sending what I ordered first before asking me for anything!

"Still have not received my order"
Like other comments on this site, I ordered charms and bracelets on March 26, 2025. They emailed me a few days later telling me the order would be delayed and it would ship by April 7th. It is now April 16 and no movement at all according to the tracking info they sent. I needed these as a gift but it looks like they won’t be coming in time. I’m also starting to think this may be a scam

I have ordered on the 15th March 2025. To date my order has not even been dispatched as yet!! All I got was an email saying how sorry they were and it would definitely be dispatched on the 8th April. Nothing as yet!! SCAM OR WHAT????
