They don't exist :) is a scam.
I ordered without checking reviews and there was no delivery, you can't reach them on call and they don't reply on mail.

They are frauds. They will take your money and never deliver your products. If you follow up they will send robotic reply.

Non competency to its full. Unfortunately I ordered with them didnt deliver on the date desired. Their website havd a contact number which is not working. The tracking option is not working as well. Complete disaster.Dont order with them

Bloomsvilla is poorly managed. They didn’t deliver my order on the event date and only responded the next day—after I asked for an update—demanding an extra ₹300 for delivery! Showing a lack of accountability and professionalism. Pathetic service. Even the email communications made were unprofessional. Highly not recommended.do not trust them to surprise your special people... It's not their cup of tea!

Ridiculous company - dont know if they take the trust pilot reviews seriously. Took money and on the date of delivery they are saying its outside service area.PLease dont use this website

It is clearly a Fraud company , They didnt deliver my order # BV24223488 and updated the status as delivered on their website
I tried calling the customer care number mentioned in their website but the phone number doesnt work .
I raised Incident 56822 and emailed to their customer care and asked for the proof of delivery , they didnt respond .
After asking for refund , they mentioned to provide gift card with the order value as compensation, but till date didnt receive the Gift card or refund
To further delay the process of refund , after few days they emailed a handwritten address in some rough paper and a fake signature claiming that the order is delivered. Which company uses this unprofessional pod with handwritten note
Now they refuse to give any refund or gift card

Fraud company. Did not deliver product on day of occasion and kept saying that the order is in progress. No concept of customer service. My complaint id is 56485. No refund. No delivery. Took my money and no response.
